For B2B is very important in modern business, so today I’ll show you the main procedures of doing B2B.
Firstly: customers order from the retailer, at first they should send” customers’ order”, including item name, quantity and some other concerning questions.
Secondly: after the retailer receives the order, they inquire the situation of the products from suppliers and then send the order inquiry.
Thirdly: after the supplier receives the inquiry and verifies it, they reply the answer to the retailer. Normally it is about whether they have the product or not.
Fourthly: after the retailer make sure that the requirements can be made by the supplier, they will send the transportation inquiry to the forwarding agent.
Fifthly: after the forwarding agent receives the inquiry, they will return answers to the retailers.
Sixthly: after the retailer make sure that there are now problem in the transportation, the retailer will give the customer a satisfied answer at once., at the same time they will send a “delivery notice” to the supplier, and notice the forwarding agent transport the goods.
Seventhly: the forwarding agent start to ship after receiving the “delivery notice”, then the customer send the payment notice.
Eighthly: the payment gateway sends the successfully of the transfer accounts.
